There are several models of iGuard terminal, available to meet every need. Find below a comparative guide to the existing models and options.

How to choose the best model.

Standard installations

The models LM520-SC, LM520-FSC ed LM520-FSC-SP are suitable.

N.B. The model LM520-FSC-SP is recommended for all installations where only one terminal is needed or for installations with multiple terminals where it can act as a Master (Server). This model can not be connected as Slave (Client) to an iGuard network.

Hybrid installation for access control & time attendance

The terminals LM520-SC-RS or LM520-FSC-RS are suitable. These models are equipped with an external RFID reader that is resistant external enviroments (rain, sun, humidity).

With these models, iGuard can be used both for access control - for example, installing the second outside reader to open the company door, as well as for time attendance registration - using iGuard terminal with the entry and exit time.

Other uses of LM520 and LM520-SC-RS-FSC-RS models

For the time attendance recording each RFID reader may be associated with a causal for clock-in ans

For all the outdoor installations, the second reader may be outside; iGuard terminal is protected in an appropriate box.

Absence Installation LAN / Internet / in mobility

Appropriate are the terminals LM520-SC-G or LM520-FSC-G. The time records data are sent automatically via GPRS network, while at any time is possible connecting to iGuard remote via GSM modem, ISDN or analog.

The terminals LM520-SC-P or LM520-FSC-P are suitable. These models do not already include the printer.

The option of RBD (Relay by Department) software is suitable. With this option, it is possible to control up to 32 separate relay, for example, one to open the door, one to activate / deactivate the alarm.

In combination with models LM520 and LM520-SC-RS RS-FSC-G, RBD option can be used to open more rooms
